SAP Cloud for Service comes with an out-of-the-box integration with MindTouch. Knowledge articles can be searched for and attached to the Service Ticket. During a joint engagement with MindTouch, ECENTA was responsible to structure the data in MindTouch to meet the customer’s requirements, develop templates for articles, theme the website and develop a migration program to load legacy content into the knowledge base.
